As soon as your order has been packed and handed over to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivery usually takes 5–12 business days.

How do I return my items?

Email us at info@solasestudio.com with your order number and the reason for your return, within 30 days of delivery. We will send you the return address and packaging instructions. Ship your package with a trackable service and reply with your tracking number.

What are the conditions for a refund?

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are paid by the customer. Received a damaged, defective or wrong item? Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos at info@solasestudio.com and we will send a free replacement or a full refund. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive your return.
